Pre-conference:
Right from the start, we are helping draw up budgets. Then we set to finding the perfect venue and everything that comes with it, including meals, refreshments, AV equipment and displays.

Registration of guests is completely taken care of by us. From invitations and registration forms to maintaining the registration database; we market your event effectively. We can book speakers and coordinate their travel and hotel arrangements, working with them to produce and provide their materials and equipment. Staff for the conference or entertainment after a busy day can also be sourced and negotiated by us.

Conference day:
On the day, we will be there to cover on-site coordination, including the check-in desk, participant lists and ensuring the well-being of your guests. All marketing and participant’s materials can be produced by us, including name tags, conference folders, hand-outs, give-aways etc.

Post-conference:
We also carry out a thorough evaluation of the conference for you, with the use of participant evaluation forms and conference summary reports.
